We have all encountered a case where an order was delivered well but unfortunately late, the price did not match the expectations, or on the contrary, everything was delivered on time but not everything was as expected. This is something we want to avoid – our company’s definition of quality is RIGHT AND ON TIME.
At the beginning we lacked the courage to do something like this, but with our experience from previous jobs we finally found out that it can be done. And most importantly, that we can do it. Long-time friends who shared a desk at school became professional partners.
